Roof frame is up

The roof truss frame went up yesterday as planned. Gutters and co should be going in later this week, and next week hopefully the concrete works begin in the outdoor covered area. The garage space is now beginning to feel more like a room and less like an empty "space"

Speaking of a roof, the truss is here, and the aim is to have a roof structure up by the end of this coming week

The Kit is Ordered

I have now ordered the kit to build the car! I elected to go with Classic Revival, who are based in Sydney. I ordered the body/chassis combo, along with a few more pieces such as the custom suspension arms that CR make specifically to match their chassis, fuel tank, roll hoops, and few other bits and pieces.

I shan't delve into the details here of why I chose CR, as opposed to one of the many other kits that are available in Australia. Happy to talk in more detail if you want to contact me.

Now the race is on to get the garage finished (or at least get a roof on!). The kit will be ready for delivery in around 5-6 weeks.
